It's never too late to start exercising!
I am a 59-year-old Fitness Instructor and Pilates Teacher. I discovered exercise in my late 20's and it totally changed my life for the better; both physically and mentally. Since then, my passion has been teaching people how to take control of their own health and fitness, whatever their age or experience.
Over the years I've developed a 12-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout that is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re just starting out or in need of a challenge, it is a fast, simple and very effective way of exercising.
I’ve met a lot of wonderful people along the way who are proof of the effects of a healthy and balanced lifestyle and I can't wait to meet many more.
Exercise doesn’t discriminate, so whatever your age or situation it’s never too late to start!
