Over the course of four days I will teach you how to eat and exercise intelligently with a personal plan tailored to your goals. We’ll spend time getting to know each other in the beautiful Norfolk countryside before working our way through a number of activities including HIIT workouts, pilates, stretching, walking and even good old fashion relaxation in between. All of our delicious meals are home-cooked and tailor-made based on your tastes and preferences.

A TYPICAL RETREAT DAY
First things first “EXERCISE.”...around 9am but you decide - a banana or a homemade healthy snack beforehand if you are hungry.
Then off to shower and change whilst I prepare BRUNCH
The afternoon is spent sightseeing/walking on the beach ( swimming if summer?) visiting Burnham Market, Wells next the sea, Houghton, Holkham or Sandringham all which are close by.
Back for pilates and stretching around 5pm then you relax/change/ watch TV/read etc whilst I prepare supper around 7.30pm.... most clients put their pj’s on for supper and you only need 2 sets of keep fit gear, one in and one in the wash!
