HOW THE RETREAT WORKS

My retreats aren’t just about fitness; they’re about empowering you with the knowledge and tools to maintain your health and wellness long after you leave your stay at S’alzinar.
I will teach you the secrets of efficient exercise, showing you how to achieve remarkable results without having to spend hours exercising, all from the comfort of your own home and without the need for expensive equipment.
A TYPICAL DAY
Each retreat is tailored to you and any allergies or dietary requirements, whether it's for an individual or a group. Here's a glimpse of what a day at S’alzinar could entail:
Breakfast (optional*) - I will supply a selection of breakfast options and this can be tailored to you.
Morning workout invigorating exercise, Pilates, and rejuvenating stretches set the tone for the day.
Brunch/Lunch - a typical brunch or lunch might be poached eggs with smashed avocado on sourdough or a superfood salad with vegetables, grains, feta and nuts.
The afternoon is yours!
Whether you prefer reading, swimming, hiking, a day at the beach, or sightseeing. Clare is on hand 24 hours a day.
Reconnect with your inner strength and flexibility during the evening Pilates and stretching session
Supper - You’ll explore local and Palma's culinary treasures on two nights of your stay, although participation is purely your choice.
A typical supper at home would be red Thai prawn curry with grains or Spanish chicken with couscous, eaten outside on the terrace
*Many of my clients choose to practice intermittent fasting as it has so many health benefits, as well as enabling you to drop a few pounds.
This is optional and to be discussed.

Elevate your strength, mobility and your mood through effective pilates workouts. Feel energised, stress-free, and stronger.
You’ll feel the burn in places you’ve never felt before and all fitness levels are welcome.
Experience a tailored 12-minute high-intensity interval training session.
Tailored to you, it includes light hand weights and body-weight exercises for a dynamic workout.
Often undervalued and overlooked, but not here.
It's an essential element in every session, be it Pilates or cardio.
All food, wine, tea & coffee
All classes throughout your 5 night + 6 day stay
Two meals eating out locally and in Palma (including wine)
Private use of pool & loungers
Bath, beauty & spa products
Iron & ironing board
Massages, manicures, pedicures and facials available on request
