HOW THE RETREAT WORKS
Each retreat is unique and tailored to your individual needs.
Before booking, I always like to have a chat on the phone to discuss what you would like to achieve during your 6-day stay, be that getting fit, losing weight, or feeling stronger and more flexible. Each retreat is unique and you would be amazed at what you can achieve in only 6 days.
I will teach you how to exercise efficiently, in the shortest possible time, at home, with no equipment. I will also show you how to complete a short pilates routine and you will go home with videos of all of the work that we have covered during your stay, plus healthy eating recipes, nutritional tips, and more.
Accommodation is provided at my beautiful Finca in double ensuite bedrooms which overlook the local countryside and have everything you need for a really comfy stay.


A TYPICAL DAY
Each retreat will be tailored to the individual or group, depending on requirements & what you would like to achieve. Below is a taster of a typical day at S’alzinar
Breakfast (optional*)
Morning Class - exercise, pilates & stretching
Brunch/Lunch
Afternoon - read, swim, go for a hike, to the beach, or sightseeing. This time is your own, but I am available for you 24 hours a day!
Evening Class - pilates & stretching
Supper - two of our evening meals will be out - one locally and the other in Palma (not obligatory)
*I like to encourage my clients to practice intermittent fasting as it has so many health benefits as well as enabling you to drop a few pounds. This is optional & to be discussed.
THE EXCERCISE
LIFE-CHANGING FITNESS, SIMPLIFIED
Pilates
Pilates is an effective way of strengthening all the layers of your trunk muscles - increases mobility flexibility and mood leaving you feeling energised destressed and stronger and is suitable for all levels
Cardio
I teach a form of exercise that takes only 12 minutes - HIIT (high-intensity interval training) I adapt this form of training to suit the individual - we will also include light hand weights and exercises using your own body weight
Stretching
Stretching is so important and often overlooked- i include stretching in all of my sessions whether it is pilates or cardio
