6 Week Extreme Fitness Course

All classes will be recorded in case you miss one & want to do it in your own time. classes will consist of Warm-up A 12-minute session of HIIT (High-intensity interval training, also called high-intensity intermittent exercise or sprint interval training, is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue) performed in minute counts I.e 30 seconds of exercise and 30 seconds of rest - 3 different exercises repeated 4 times through to make up the 12 minutes- these exercises are performed at your own level Body conditioning for arms and legs using no equipment/ Abdominal work using my skills as a Pilates teacher Full-body Stretch The session on Saturday and Sunday will last approx 45 minutes- Wednesday class will last approximately 30 minutes for those who are short on time! You will need to wear loose clothing and trainers if possible and have some water to hand. A small space only is needed to work out in my classes!
